Why is the point cloud data not displayed even when YVT is connected to the software?
Why is the point cloud data not displayed even when YVT is connected to the software?
Make sure if the YVT is connected to the app.
If it is not connected, you will need to change your IP address.
Please see the detail in the product page.
If the unit is connected to the app and the point cloud data is not displayed, it is not maybe checked the mark in “Point Cloud”.
