How can I display the all-in-one graph?

Even selecting the graph display from the "Hokuyo All in one" app, it is not displayed.
When trying to create the data on "All in one Total", an error message pops up and I can't save as CSV, what should I do?

(1) Why does the error pop up when clicked “Open graph display”?

Please make sure if you clicked “Open graph display” in the disconnection state with the app and sensors or not. Even if you disconnect it, the data will be still accumulated in the log in the sensor but the count numbers on the app will return to zero.

(2) Why does it fail to read out with CSV file?

Please try again from the first step “Open the graph display” and then, “Daily report CSV file”.
