About the USB cable that is commercially available (URG-04LX-UG01)

When using URG-04LX-UG01, it is necessary to prepare a USB cable separately, can I use other cables other than Hokuyo's original URG-C001?

It is no problem to use the USB cable that is commercially available.
However, a starting current is required transiently when the power is turned on.
If the USB port does not start up, please use the URG-C001 (sold separately) and supply power from two USB ports.
Please connect to two independent USB ports that are capable of supplying 500 mA.
