Optical axis adjustment (HMD)

(1) When installing the sensor head, take a look from above against ambient light (sunlight, incandescent light).

(2) Align the mechanical axis with the sight of the sensor head.

(3) Check the value with and without a heat material by confirming the analog voltage value or level display (8 points) , and verify the influence of ambient light and residual heat.

(4) If the detected heat material is large and has a high temperature, a radiant heat is reflected by rollers or side guides, and sensor may operate even if the heat material is outside of the detection field. Pay attention to prevent reflected light.
