Synchronous input / Synchronous master output

Distance measurement method of range sensor and principle of interference

LiDAR measures the distance by rotating the laser and light receiving mirror with a motor.
When using multiple units at the same time, if the rotational positions of both motors face each other, both lasers will receive light, and it may cause erroneous detection.

Motor phase change by synchronous input / synchronous master output

The LiDAR equipped with synchronous input / synchronous master output can synchronize the rotation direction of both motors and change the phase. This reduces mutual interference by making the motors rotate in different directions.


* It is not a function that can completely eliminate malfunctions because it may cause momentary interference due to the laser reflected by the object.
