How to care for the optical window

If the optical cover is covered with dust, etc., it will affect the detection performance of the LiDAR. When installing the LiDAR in a dusty environment, clean the optical cover regularly.

1) If there is dust on it, remove it with an air blower.

2) Clean with a clean and soft cloth.

3) If there is oil stain, dilute a neutral detergent and soak it in a soft cloth to wipe it off.

Next, wipe off the neutral detergent with a water wipe.

Insufficient wiping may cause cracks in the plastic. Finally, wipe with dry cloth.

■Notes

● Do not use thinner, benzene, acetone, or other organic solvents to clean or clean the LiDAR. There is a risk of adverse effects on resin parts, painting, etc.

■ Dangers

● Clean the optical cover after disconnected the LiDAR from the system.
● Failure to comply with the above will result in serious damage to the machine, resulting in fatal injury or a risk of death.
