Acrylic resin (PMMA resin)

Acrylic resin is a kind of plastic and is a polymer of acrylic acid ester or methacrylic acid ester.

● It has much higher transparency than glass. It is used for the optical cover of the sensor.
● It has excellent rigidity, the surface is very hard, and it has excellent impact resistance.
● It has excellent weather resistance and does not easily deteriorate even in an outdoor environment.

● Sensitive to organic solvents.
● It is a flammable plastic and emits very toxic gas when it burns.
