This is U-shape sensor which is consisting of projector, receiver and amplifier in one body. This is mounted in the entrance of the coiler and detects coiler blockage or sliver breakage.

Caution items

Make sure to make a single wiring basically because if making a wiring with power line etc., it may be affected by noise.
If extending the cable, use cabtyre cable with 0.3mm2 or more and length should be 100m or less.
If using commercial switching regulator as power source, make sure to earth FG(frame ground terminal) and G(ground terminal).
