Fiber optic laser type CMD. The projector and receiver are composed of an amplifier unit, sensor head, and heat-resistant fiber, and are ideal for detection steel materials in harsh environments at steel plants and heavy industry.
Since it uses a semiconductor laser, it detects with a high margin even in a bad environment compared to the LED type.

This is an optical fiber type CMD using semi-conductor laser as light source. This equipment is composed of This equipment is composed of projector, receiver, sensor head, heat-resistance fiber unit and detects steel materials which passes through between them.
It emits more powerfully compared with LED type so that high performance with margin in bad environment is possible.

It detects with a high margin even in a bad environment compared to the LED type.

Since it uses a semiconductor laser and has an extremely high emission output compared to the LED type, it can detect with a high margin even in harsh environments.

This is safe design because laser beam doesn't emit if fiber is not connected.

Sensor head is not required water-cooling or air-purge

Water-cooling or air-purge isn't required for sensor head because non-air dust purge hood is applied.

Flexible power source range

It is capable of being used within the scope of 100 to 240VAC.

8-point LED display unable to monitor the margin and light projection state.
